  HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED? 

Orders will be processed within 2–3 working days after successful payment. Delivery takes up to 3–7 working days.

 

 DO YOU MAKE PERSONALISED OR CUSTOMISED BAG? 

I’m afraid not. We only produce the designs on the website. 

 

 

​ IS IT WASHABLE?

 SOME OF THE RAFFIA ON MY BAG IS STICKING OUT. WHAT DO I DO? 
 Don't worry! Cut the strands with scissors. It won't damage the braid at all.

 Yes, We offer a complimentary repair service up to 12 months from the day you made your purchase.

 CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER? 
 Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will help with your request. Once Your order has been dispatched, we are not able to change delivery details or cancel the order. For the cancellation of your order, please follow our return policy.

 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

A2T aims to refund you within a period of 3–5 business days after receiving the returned items in perfect, undamaged condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
All refunds are done using the same payment method as the original transaction.
