Repair

 CANCELLING YOUR ORDER 

  • For cancellation of an order before dispatch, We will fully refund the next day.

 

  • For cancellation of an order after it has been dispatched, it follows a return policy.

 RETURN & REFUND 

You return the item within 14 days from when your order is delivered to post your items back to us for a refund. Items must be returned in perfect, undamaged condition with the original packaging.
Please be aware that if the returned item arrives with any signs of wear or damage, It cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note that we are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and let us know any necessary delivery notes via CONTACT or add a note in the cart before placing your order.

We offer free shipping to the mainland UK. It takes 3–7 working days.

We send your item by Royal Mail. Shipping costs may vary by distance and weight.

 REPAIRS 

​We offer a complimentary repair service up to 12 months from the day you made your purchase. If you request the repair service after 12 months from the day you made your purchase, it will be accepted but will be charged depending on the condition of the item. It takes 7–10 working days.
* The cost of sending the item to us is the customer's responsibility, but the cost of sending the repaired item back to the customer will be ours.

 

 

All of our bags are hand-crocheted; please note that some of our bags might appear slightly different online because of the colour. simply unique.
